NATURE НА  TRADITIONAL PLAN

    TRADITIONAL PLAN is part of the project kit for part geodetic and it is created on the basis of the already developed vertical plumbing project.

THE DESTINATION OF THE TRADITIONAL PLAN IS:

Provide the relevant geodetic data for the construction needed by the building technician or surveyor to the construction supervisor to manage and control the construction process in terms of the layout, construction & amp; nbsp; and building levels. Trace plan is this document without which it is impossible to start the construction process.

THE TRADITIONAL PLAN INCLUDES INFORMATION ABOUT:

• Coordinates of the backbone points,which are best suited to be used during the construction process;
• Coordinates on the vertices of all corners of the building,as well as a precise coordinate description of the location of the property boundaries and all ground facilities and sites (alleys, ponds, gazebos, etc.) to be built;
• Coordinate description of structural axes and structural curves in more complex and large construction sites;
• Control lengths on the facades of buildings and / or between the pillars of the building axes;
• Control distances from the facades of the building to all the regulatory lines of the property.

The tracing plan is accompanied by a list of coordinates of the points subject to the vertical planning project as well as the coordinates of the border points of the regulated landed property.

The veracity of the tracing plan depends on the tachymetric picture. 

THE WITHOUT TRASH A PLAN IS A PREREQUISITE FOR THAT THE BUILDING ARE CONFORMING WITH THE ACTUAL DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLANS.
