Architectural filming

Architectural Filming: It is an accurate measurement and drawing of all the walls, openings and details in the premises of a building, determination of its height, materials, construction, facades and other elements.

Architectural Filming includes a set of technical activities as a result of which the design documentation for buildings of different uses is restore – residential, industrial, industrial and others. Measurements associated with architectural captureconditionally can be divided into two stages:

First stage – measurements inside the building. Through these measurements besidesthe exact dimensions of the premises including their heights are determined by the parameters of all columns, edges and niches in the rooms, balconies, loggias, terraces, etc., as well as the size and exact location of all doors and windows.

This type of measurement is usually done using 10-meter metal or electronic roller shutters.

In case of definition, however, such as architectural capture to too large rooms or if they are in irregular shape measuredа inside the building, it is advisable to carry out using a high-precision geodetic technique - a total station working in the length-reading mode. This ensures higher accuracy and fidelity of the results obtained & amp; ndash; or more accurately, restoring the design documentation.

  • Second Stage – measurements outside the building. These measurements determine the heights (elevations) of the various parts of the array & amp; ndash; elevation, cornice and ridge, as well as the dimensions of the facade walls. In individual cases, especially in the case of buildings representing architectural monuments of culture or other valuable buildings, architectural capturecan only be limited to the facades. Then it is called facade shooting. In all cases, however, this type of capture is performed using a total station having the nonreflective length measurement function, such as  ESTACION HI TARGET ZTS320R

In any case, the measurements made during the architectural filming process should be accompanied by a very detailed and correct manual sketch.

In modern times, companies developing innovative technologies in geodesy are finding a wider application of so-called. facade photography using facade photogrammetry. www.precizinjenering.com/photos/file/fasadno_zasnemane.pdf

The facade or so on. architectural photogrammetry is a method for obtaining geospatial information about the building and its elements by photogrammetric processing of terrestrial and / or perspective aerial photographs obtained using both ordinary (still) cameras and small format cameras mounted on unmanned aircraft.

Variety of architectural surveys are the measurements made by qualified persons under Geodesy and Cadastre for the application of independent objects in buildings in the implementation of Art. 4 para. (5) of Decree RD-02-20-5 of 15 December 2016. http://www.lex.bg/bg/mobile/ldoc/2136991982 for „The content, creation and maintenance of the cadastral map and cadastral registers “, which reads: The areas of the independent sites are derived from the property act and in the absence of data on the area in the act - from the investment project and the accompanying documentation. In the absence of data from the ownership act or from the investment project and the accompanying documentation, the area is calculated by an authorized cadastre person, after site measurement, при спазване условията на § 2 от допълнителните разпоредби на Наредба № 7 от 2003 г. for rules and norms for the design of the different types of territories and development zones (SG, issue 3 of 2004) http://lex.bg/laws/ldoc/2135476546 according to which:

§ 2. (1) Built-in area of individual buildings in the buildings (dwellings, shops, ateliers, offices, offices, etc.) is the area bounded by the external constructional outlines of the outer enclosing walls of the site and the axial lines of the partition walls to the neighboring sites or to the common areas in the building. The entire area of the loggias and balconies, measured on their external constructional borders, is added to the built-up area of the site (dwelling, etc.).

(2) Built-up area of a dwelling (or other object) located on more than one floor is the sum of the built-up areas of its separate floors, incl. the staircase area in them.

(3) When the outer wall has windows, balconies or loggias, the entire area is included in the building's built-up area. When the outside wall has no windows, balconies or loggias, only half of the wall thickness is included in the built-up area, and the rest of the outer wall is part of the building.
