Digital orthophoto plan

ORTHOPOTOPLAN –this is one of a series of documents produced & amp; nbsp; by photogrammetric air processing (aerial photography).By its nature, this is a unified (common)  an aerial photograph obtained by joining a number of separate adjacent aerial photographs and brought to an appropriate scale. The term orthophotoplan means that the image obtained is corrected and the deformations of the aerial photographs are eliminated due to the angles of the image's inclination at the moment of photographing and relief. The ingredient „ortho“ means that the image of the individual picture received under the central projection laws is brought to an orthogonal (rectangular) projection.

ORTHOPOTOPLAN obtained from digital aerial photographs processed by digital photogrammetric technology is called   DIGITAL ORTHOPEDIC PLAN

The digital orthophotoplan is a document that has the following merits and advantages over other cartographic products:

  1. Objectivity of content and high detail of the objects. The method for the preparation of orthophotoplan applied in „Precision engineering“ ensures the creation of orthophotomaps with a detail of the order of 3-5 cm.
  2. Georeference and digital (electronic) presentation format, which allows its direct use (opening) with various CAD software products as a basis for design without the need for additional scanning, scaling, etc.
  3. High accuracy and reliability. The accuracy of the orthophotomap depends on the height of the photograph that the individual aerophotoscopies have received. Available aerophotographic technique in & Precision Engineering“ allows the production of aerial photographs ensuring the accuracy of the created orthophotomaps of the order of 5-7 cm
  4. The orthophotopan is accompanied by a digital model of relief, which is a prerequisite for high automation of the processes involved in making various calculations & amp; ndash; determination of excavation and bulk volumes, monitoring and control of the state of landfills for solid waste, quarries, overhead mines, etc.

The main technical activities in the elaboration of this type of documents are the following:

1. Marking and GPS determination of anchor points

2. Aerial photography and taking a series of aerial photographs

3.Photogrammetric processing and point cloud creation

4. Point filtering

    5. Creating a digital relief model

6. Creating an orthophoto plan and automated construction of the horizontal

 (tachymetric image in Global Mapper)

7. Tachymetric picture in the middle of AutoCAD
