Geodetic Landscape Photo and Details (Tachymetric Photo)

TAXIMETRIC PICTURE – this is one of the main clear geodetic activities related to obtaining metric information about the nature of the terrain and the objects located on it. The name „Tachymetric photo“  stems from the word„tachymetry“, which is formed by the Greek word combination words  tachys – бърз and μέτρο – measurement. Ie. the tachymetric photo is based on the use of fast angle and distance measurement methods & amp; ndash; the basic quantities measured in geodesy.

Tachymetric photois a basic geodetic product used as the starting point in the investment design process. This is a document providing the other majors – architects, designers, electrical and water engineering engineers, and other information about & amp; nbsp; the character of relief – slopes and heights, existing construction, existing engineering facilities – streets, El. and plumbing networks, tree vegetation, etc. in the property subject to investment design. For this reason very often by the engineers designers – no geodesic tachymetric photo is called a & quot; pad & amp; ldquo; & amp; ndash; a concept that is terribly annoying by the surveyors, and with good reason.

As an end product for designing needstachymetric photo is presented in two variants – on paper at an appropriately selected scale and in a (digital) electronic version in real scale 1: 1, most often in DWG format for AutoCAD.

In the tachymetric method, the data for the captured area is collected discretely - by measuring individual (characteristic) points of the Earth's surface. This means that measurements are to be made by well-trained surveyors to obtain accurate and accurate information. They must be able to recognize the characteristic forms of relief, their representation with horizons, as well as the logical link between objects located on and below the ground. Ie. classic tachymetric photo in terms of loyalty and accuracy is a function of the subjective judgment and preparedness of the contractors surveyors. In this respect, the work of the Assistant Surveyor is particularly responsible & amp; ndash; etc. a geodesist figure because of where he will put the reflective prism depends the detail and the truth of the information gathered.

With the development of technology, and especially after the creation of unmanned aircraft – etc. „drones“ conditions were created to produce documents containing site details with details and detail many times higher than this  of the classic tachymetric photos.

The main advantages of geodetic documents for relief and details created by this technology are:

  1. High objectivity and credibility. Using this method, geo-spatial data on the site is derived from aerospace images whose content is devoid of the influence of the subjective factor;
  2. More detailed detail. Elements of relief and locality are represented by the so-called „a cloud of dots“ with three known coordinates X,Y,Н;
  3. Compatibility of end results with modern 3D software products used in investment design.
