Detailed Spatial Plans & lt; / span & gt; are those documents that define the parameters (limits) of the properties in which construction can be carried out, as well as the parameters of that construction & amp; ndash; what buildings or facilities, how many floors, and so on.The content of detailed development plans is consistent with the content and requirements of the general development plans for the given territory where the property belongs

DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLANS (PUP) BENEFIT:
